Artur, on rus-sdr.ru loaded source code of firmware HiQSDR for Tulip. Problem that you say now can be decide with some process:
1) with jumpers between pins of DSP and FPGA (like your picture on cqham)
2) by means of modification of DSP software;
3) by means of modification of FPGA firmware;
The first process is obviosly simple at now.
I do not have PCB of HiQTRX or your PCB and how i may to check software of DSP or FPGA firmware?
In future when i get PCB of HiQTRX and check software of DSP or FPGA firmware this problem will be decide, but not now.
