Done it, successfully programmed.
Two first run LCD fill with solid white color and consumption was ~320mA, but on third run it display "test FSMC OK..." (~220mA) and stuck at it.

I have checked it not once, all clear (except 33 and 32 pins, but it should be).
I think STM is simply dead.
Could AD9952 affect STM work this way? It is under suspect too
Well, things become stranger and stranger.
Flashed .hex from cqham, it loaded and displayed LCD selection menu.
But i can't select, STM dose not respond to encoder, but encoder is ok and all lines from encoder to STM ok too.
But i can press select knob, then we return to "test FSMC OK..." and stuck at it again or just turn on LCD back light.
Seems like STM really dead...

For me, it helped draw the battery back-up.
LCD choice confirmed by pressing the upper left encoder.

I have replaced STM with old one, which i thought was dead, but...
Tadaaaa! It is running! At least it show interface and respond on buttons and screen controls
One more question... how to check AD9952 is working if i have not oscilloscope?
Trying to tune with handheld wide range scanner, but found nothing.
upd: 100mhz TXCO is working, i saw it signal on scanner.

I should have known about multiply factor of 4
Have set 7Mhz and tuned to 28Mhz and heard tone! On 90Mhz very strong broadcast station working.
